12 Circular saws

These circular saws ensure our delivery time for large-scale projects.

Monthly production capacity: 30000 square meters.

Major function: cutting middle type of blocks.

6 Infrared bridge cutting machines

All of them are PC-controlled bridge cutting machines, which is the key to guarantee the quality on processing cut-to size;

Monthly production capacity: 50,000 square meters;

Major function: processing cut-to-size.

1 Granite polishing lines and 1 Marble polishing lines

The equipments are the most advanced slabs polishing production equipments in the world at present;

Monthly production capacity: granite slabs; 45,000 square meters; marble slabs; 140,00 square meters;

2 Computer controlled waterjet cutting machines

Contol by computer, it can scan in any patterns using optoelectronic scanning and automatically generate program, which can be considered as the optimumu equipment for processing complicated patterns such as varied curves and ultra-small patterns.

Monthly production capacity: 300 square meters.

Major function: processing waterjet patterns

3 Computer-controlled processing centers

It can generate programs automatically by AUTOCAM, and the fully automatic manipulator can use any one of the cutting machines in the tool magazine according to the programs for cutting, grinding or polishing.
